Lamb Kabobs

iStock_000003213769XSmallA simple yet delicious way to enjoy lamb.
Quick and easy for everyday meals but also a beautiful presentation makes them perfect for special occasions.





Marinade for the Kabobs:

Juice and some of the zest of lemon

½ Cup Olive Oil

¼ Cup Beer or Wine

2-3 sprigs of coarsely chopped mint

2 sprigs of coarsely chopped rosemary

2-3 Cloves of Minced Garlic

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper



Cooking Instructions:

Pour the marinade over the lamb and place in the fridge for at least an hour.  Reserve the marinade for basting the kabobs while they are roasting on the grill.

Prepare chunks of green or red peppers, Vidalia Onions and Zucchini.

Cooking time on the grill is around 25 – 30 minutes.

Hint:  When you are threading your kabobs on skewers, make sure you place the onions next to the meat.  It helps to infuse the lamb with extra flavor.
