Marinated Lamb Chops

Serves: 4

Prep. Time: 15 minutes or less



4 Lamb Chops

¼ cup Soy Sauce

¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce

2-3 Tablespoons Honey

1 cm Fresh Ginger, skinned and roughly chopped

1-2 Cloves Garlic, roughly chopped

2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard

½ teaspoon paprika 


1.  Combine the sauces, honey, ginger, garlic, mustard and paprika.  Run the honey bottle under the hot tap for a second then use the back of the spoon to stir it in properly.

2.  Marinate the chops in the fridge for 6 hours, turning after 3 hours.

3.  Grill Chops.

4.  Heat remaining marinade in a frying pan stirring.

5.  Add a little flour to thicken into a sauce.

6.  Pour sauce over chops.

7.  Serve with steamed vegetables and mash, chips or macaroni & cheese.
